Offers and prices
DigiSheeps sells digital products to consumers in France, the European Union and worldwide: Single edition €20.00 and Multi-profile edition €25.00. DigiSheeps currently benefits from the French VAT exemption regime: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices and any discount are shown before payment.
Order and delivery
Payments on digisheeps.com are secure and processed by Stripe. Purchases made on Etsy follow Etsy’s checkout process; the licence is activated after the purchase is verified. Before payment on this website, the customer expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal when the download begins. After confirmation, files and invoice are available in the customer account within five minutes at the latest. For any issue, contact support@digisheeps.com with your order number.
Licence, updates and support
Each purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence. The Single edition authorises one Windows installation on one PC. The Multi-profile edition allows up to five profiles and five PCs. Sharing or resale is prohibited. Updates are included for life. Support is available by email and from the customer area; indicative maximum reply time: 24 hours.
Warranties and liability
You benefit from legal warranties applicable to digital content. DigiSheeps is not responsible for financial, tax, legal or investment decisions made using the tool.
Withdrawal, complaints, mediation and law
Withdrawal conditions are set out in the Refund policy. Send complaints to support@digisheeps.com. If a dispute remains unresolved after a prior written complaint to DigiSheeps, a consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, https://www.cm2c.net/comment-nous-saisir.php, declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net. These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
