Data used
We use data needed for your account, orders, downloads and support, plus limited internal statistics. Payments made on this website are processed by Stripe; DigiSheeps does not receive or store card numbers. For an Etsy purchase, the order number and Etsy email address are used to verify the purchase and deliver the licence; amounts, fees, currency, status and any adjustments are kept for the shop’s accounting records. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, only information needed for sign-in is used. To activate a licence, the application sends the key, associated email address and a locally derived pseudonymised installation identifier; no raw hardware identifier is sent.
Customer reviews
After a purchase, you may review the related product. Once moderated, the rating, title, comment and your account name may appear on the product page. Your email address is never published.
Why and for how long
This data is used to manage your account and order, deliver the product, provide support, secure the website and meet legal obligations. The newsletter is optional and based on consent. Data is kept only as needed; invoices and accounting documents are kept for the applicable legal period.
Your wealth data
Data entered in the DigiSheeps software stays in your local profile. It is never sent to or stored on the shop servers.
Your rights and cookies
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, object to certain processing or withdraw newsletter consent at any time: support@digisheeps.com. You may also complain to the CNIL. The site only uses required technical cookies for sign-in, cart, language and security. No advertising cookie or third-party analytics service is used; internal statistics are generated server-side from these technical mechanisms.
