Waiver before payment
DigiSheeps products are digital content. Before payment, the customer must tick a box requesting immediate access and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal when the download begins. DigiSheeps keeps the date and technical information associated with this declaration.
After the download begins
Once the download begins, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the relevant digital content. The order records whether a download was initiated and when.
Before the download begins
If the download has not begun, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory fourteen-day period. Send a clear request to support@digisheeps.com with your name, email address and order number.
Order issue
For an inaccessible file, duplicate payment or technical issue, contact support@digisheeps.com with your order number. We will restore access, correct the order or issue a refund where justified.
